Design Alpino through the website www.designalpino.it and specifically in the SHOP section, it receives and manages orders from customers and delivers all over the world.
At the time of the order, the Customer must provide, via the appropriate form, all the necessary data in order to correctly fill out the invoice. In the case of purchase by a non-Italian company but still from a country belonging to the European Union, when placing the order you will have to enter the company data including VAT number (Vat Code).
For every order placed, Design Alpino will issue an electronic invoice which it will send to the SDI (Interchange System) and, when the goods are sent, it will forward to the customer via e-mail a shipment tracking link and an attached courtesy invoice.
No changes will be possible after the invoice has been issued.
The prices indicated on the website www.designalpino.it include Italian VAT.
The "availability" of the product displayed on www.designalpino.it is purely indicative as these are often short-run artisanal products and therefore with the possibility of simultaneous purchases by multiple users. For this reason Design Alpino reserves the right, once the order has been received, to verify the actual availability of the goods and, failing that, to promptly communicate to the customer the non-acceptance of the order received. It will be taken care of Design Alpino provide alternative solutions to the Customer.
Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Design Alpino by reply via e-mail, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will show an order identification number and all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections. Subsequently Design Alpino having verified the availability of the goods and the accuracy of the Customer data, he will send the acceptance of the contract via e-mail.
The contract stipulated between the Customer and Design Alpino is to be considered concluded only after sending the contract acceptance email. By placing the order on the website www.designalpino.it the Customer declares to have read the conditions of sale, the proposed payment methods and the entire purchase procedure.
With express reference to the art. 49 Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) the Customer will receive, via e-mail, all the information necessary to identify the seller, information that the Customer must keep together with the contract acceptance email.
In case of disputes regarding our services, we give utmost importance to customer satisfaction. If a direct agreement is not reached, the customer has the right to contact the ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PLATFORM ODR. This guarantees a neutral and efficient process for resolving conflicts without having to resort to legal channels.
