Review Collection Policy

To ensure transparency and reliability in the review collection process, we would like to inform you about the new regulations introduced by Legislative Decree no. 26/2023, which entered into force starting from 18 March 2023.

1. Transparency and Truthfulness:

2. Collection Procedure:
Reviews must be collected fairly and impartially. We avoid any practice that could influence the sincerity of the feedback received. Each customer has the opportunity to freely express their opinion without induction.

3. Publication and Moderation:
Each review received will be reviewed to ensure it does not contain inappropriate language or irrelevant information. Posting will take place within a period deemed necessary by Trustpilot (usually within 24 hours) of receipt, maintaining the entirety of the original comment, unless moderation is necessary to comply with public guidelines.

4. Right of Reply:
We encourage open and constructive dialogue. Therefore, every customer has the right to reply, and we do Design Alpino We are committed to responding promptly and respectfully to any feedback.

5. Data Protection:
In line with the GDPR, all reviews collected and published will strictly respect the privacy and protection of our customers' personal data.
