SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES

Transport costs

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the cases illustrated in the following table and depend on the weight of the object, its dimensions and the country of destination.

The items will be delivered by an express courier chosen by Design Alpino.

Checking the packages

Upon delivery of the product, the Customer must verify that the number of packages (number of packages) corresponds to that indicated in the transport document and/or the invoice, the package is intact, not damaged or wet, and in any case complies with the standard characteristics of a package.

If upon delivery, the package does not conform to the standards just described, the Customer is obliged to express a written reservation on the DDT, reject the damaged goods and inform Design Alpino. Claims of goods damaged during transport will not be accepted if the user has not formally notified the courier.

In cases of return of goods which are not attributable to defects therein, the relevant shipping and transport costs will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.

 

Shipping Times

Our product procurement process has an artisanal component which involves variable production times, depending on the craftsman responsible for making each product. As a result, delivery times are subject to change.

In order to provide precise information to our customers, we report the estimated delivery times for each product in the relevant data sheets. We invite you to carefully check this information before proceeding with your order, so that you can plan the purchase according to your needs.

Once the goods have been entrusted to the courier, the Customer normally receives them within the following 5 days. working. If the Customer is not present at the time of delivery, the courier leaves a paper notice, followed, if the e-mail address has been indicated, also by an e-mail. The goods will remain in the branch for a total of 8 days within which the Customer is required to make arrangements for a new delivery. If the aforementioned eight days have elapsed without successful delivery, the goods will be returned to Design Alpino, and in this case the related costs will be borne exclusively by the Customer.

Delivery will be made to the ground floor of the house number indicated in the order; any requests by the Customer for transport to rooms above or below the ground floor will be considered additional services and therefore calculated separately based on what is requested by the courier for this service.
