WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES OF THE PRODUCTS?
Delivery times may vary depending on the product chosen and its availability. However, we always try to deliver products within 10-15 working days of the order date. In any case, we will provide you with a tracking code to monitor the status of the shipment.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED?
We accept payments by credit card, PayPal, PayPal in 3 installments, bank transfer, 12 month installment with SOISY, Satispay. For credit card and PayPal payments, you will be redirected to a secure page to enter your payment information. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will ask you to provide us with a detailed description of the problem and some photos to verify the condition of the product so that we can assess the damage and offer you an adequate refund. If the damage is very serious we will replace the product or if the product is no longer available, we will refund it in full.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I DON'T LIKE IT?
Yes, you can return a product within 14 days of the delivery date if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us to arrange the return and we will provide you with shipping instructions. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT I ORDERED IS NOT AVAILABLE?
If the product you ordered is not available, we will notify you within 48 hours of receiving your order and give you the option to choose an alternative product or cancel your order. If you cancel your order, we will refund the full amount paid.
DO YOU OFFER THE POSSIBILITY TO CUSTOMIZE THE PRODUCTS?
Some products can be personalized with writing, a logo or dimensions, but it depends on the product chosen. Contact us for more information on customizable products.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs are free in Italy for shipments exceeding €250 including VAT. For lower amounts or other destinations we invite you to consult the table at the following link: https://www.designalpino.it/info-spedizioni
Delivery will be made to the ground floor of the house number indicated in the order; any requests by the Customer for transport to rooms above or below the ground floor will be considered additional services and therefore calculated separately based on what is requested by the courier for this service.
WHAT ARE THE CUSTOMS TAXES FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE EU?
Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees and import duties which will be charged to the recipient once the package arrives at its destination. These customs fees and import duties are not included in our shipping rate and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this, please contact your local customs office before placing an order.
WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE PRODUCTS?

DO YOU OFFER ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION SERVICES FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?
No, we do not currently offer paid assembly and installation services for our products.
CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOMIZED QUOTE FOR A PRODUCT OR A SET OF PRODUCTS?
Of course, if you need a custom quote for a large order or a complete furniture project, we invite you to contact our customer service. We will be happy to help you find the solution that best suits your needs.
WHAT ARE THE WARRANTY POLICIES ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

CAN I GET A DISCOUNT FOR PURCHASING LARGE QUANTITIES OF PRODUCTS?
Yes, we offer discounts for purchasing large quantities of products. Please contact us for more information on our discount policy for bulk purchases.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE WHERE I CAN SEE YOUR PRODUCTS BEFORE BUYING THEM?
Of course, we have a showroom in Sauze d’Oulx (TO), in Via Asietta, 1 where you can find many of the products in our e-commerce. Those not present in the store you can still see online in the section Products of our site. In any case, we are at your disposal for any information or doubts regarding our products.
